These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ultra888 platform. By registering an account or using any service offered by ultra888, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.

You must not share your username or password with any third party. ultra888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 ultra888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its discretion if it reasonably suspects that the Account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited purpose.
4.1 All financial transactions on the ultra888 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, subject to availability and minimum transaction thresholds as displayed on the Platform.
4.2 Deposits are processed in real time in most cases. ultra888 does not accept third-party payments; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name.

5.2 Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. ultra888 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings where promotional terms have not been met or where abuse is identified.
5.3 ultra888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to modification will be subject to the original promotion terms unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.4 Participation in a promotion by a Player constitutes acceptance of the applicable promotion terms. Systematic exploitation of promotions — including, but not limited to, the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering patterns — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
6.1 All bets placed on the ultra888 Platform are final once confirmed. ultra888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at an incorrect price due to a technical fault, or placed in breach of these Terms.
6.2 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, ultra888's decision — made in good faith based on available information — shall be final and binding.
6.3 ultra888 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, or other restrictions on individual Players or across the Platform as a whole at any time and without prior notice.
6.4 Results for live casino games are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by human dealers on camera. ultra888 does not manipulate outcomes of live dealer games.

11.1 ultra888's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.
11.2 ultra888 will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.
